Got my 1st time performing Salsa dance on a birthday + wedding anniversary dinner.

I got invited by one of my dance mate, she ask me to become her partner and perform a Salsa routine during their parents birthday and wedding anniversary dinner. I was quite shocked and felt honored to got their invites.

Well, is my 1st time doing a performance out of studio ppl around. This time have to perform in front of everyone that I mostly that I do not know.

And is only 2 couples, my another dance mate partner with the sisters that invite us ..

I was very nervous on that day, when the time gets nearer, clock ticking, and my heartbeat goes faster and faster. Never know I will be that nervous.

But hey, despite some hic cup during the performance or rather some small accident and mistakes, everything was ok :) Here are some pics from them :)

It has been awhile .. so now lets just have a lil update.

The 6th Studio Anniversary Dinner and Dance has done, this year I did not perform Salsa, Merengue and Bachata like what I've done last year. This year I did perform Ballroom Waltz routine. The one and only I've perform. Other than that, nothing else, I was running around busy taking pictures, oh yeah, the official photographer this time.

And yes, this year, I din really do much of Salsa, I start learning new stuff which is Ballroom dance. Waltz, Tango, Rhythm .. so far that is the 3 I've learned. But definitely no where near good in any of those.

Other than that, nothing else diff from last time .. :) stil the same old me.

There .. will just stop here, because I simply can't think of anything else to update.

ISTD Examnation 16th May 2011

Congratulations to all the candidates that took part in the 16th May 2011 ISTD examinations! You all dance well!

So sorry for the massive delay of the pictures, there is some faulty of the memory card, and I just managed to recover them, happily to say - 100% of them. So, from now the pictures is on their way to get edited and once is done will pass to Ivy, please dun ask me for any of them. The pictures that I will upload to FB, is only those group picture that you all have been requested for me to take for u .. as for all the examination pictures, I will past to Ivy once is all done.

Again, congrats!

This is the 1st time I actual get to see Paso Doble, looks very different, and got a little knowledge how to dance it well.

Also get to see some kids that came back and took exam after last year. They grow up! :D and dance better too!

Trip to India - Food

There is just so many things to talk bout India, but I guess this is gonna be the last post bout India. Because, I realise I did not mention anything bout the food there. I've blog bout the safari and others. But not food, so in case ppl might thought probably there is no good food, that's why I did not blog bout it. But hey, guess what, in fact, there is lotsa good food. But the main prob is .. is all bout spices, spicy .. and so on .. mostly are spicy.

Here, in Banglore, not sure how is the eating culture here, but I realise there is alot or actually all the restaurants having the choice to take vegetarian or not, unlike here, vegetarian normally costs more expensive than the usual, but in Banglore - is cheaper. Even in Pizza Hut, there is even vegetarian pizzas .. yeah, is plural.

During the days in Banglore, Ooty or Mysore, I dun recall I came thru any seafood, probably because is inner land. So mostly we ate is vegetarian and chicken.

When there is a day when we walked alone without company of my friend whom lives there, we actually having a prob - not sure what to order when come into restaurant. So the only way - embarrassingly ordered some fried rice or some wanton soup .. (tho the taste is totally diff)

The menu do written in English, but the name .. I got no idea what is that. Yes, I do know Briyani, Roti canai and bla bla .. the prob is .. non of those familiar words appeared. Briyani yes .. but is alwiz Briyani with something something .. which that is the main cause.

So anyway, during the trip, we went into the local restaurant in the morning for breakfast and turned up we are the only odd one. And we ate all the local delights. Almost everyday the diff stuff, even the Lassi and Chaat. We kinda proud of ourselves, having the guts to try those new stuff. Not to forget the Pan as well. During the trip the most we ate - Roti and Poori and some Naan. Basically, Roti and Naan almost the same thing, just diff thickness and some others which DK explained to me before, but I forget :P ...

Overall .. The food we had - is awesome! Here is some pics of the food we ate.

Gulab Jamoon - a local dessert, and I think is quite sweet. But taste great :)

The local delights - Gobi Manchurian, is actually fried cauliflower, and the manchurian actually is a local special way of cooking it.. not sure whats that tho.

Now, this is Rajastani Vegetarian Meal from Mantri Mall. Eat all you can, everything is free flow refilled. Most of them really nice, but some .. hmm .. guess I just dun like the taste. (This meal actually is quite costly among all the meals we took throughout the days.)

Snacks! Lassi and Chaat. Lassi should be quite familiar to everyone, but Chaat is something new :) Something crunchy and tasty, made of beans I assume, something like our kacang putih.

Poori/Puri - is quite familiar to most of the ppl I guess .. For those whom duno, this used as part of the meal, use to dip with curry, even goes with kurt (yogurt) and so on ..

My favourite of all - this is our breakfast - Open Butter Massala Dosa in Adigas restaurant.

Happy Chinese New Year

Happy Chinese New Year to everyone! Is been quite a boring Chinese New Year I would say, nothing much happen, and going not many places and of coz, ang pau is quite lil ..

But anyway! is stil the 4th day and going to 5th day of Chinese New Year, another 10 days to go, I definitely looking forward for more ang pau(s) that is coming!

So the things I've done this few days -

1st day of CNY went to Teluk Intan for some food (and dun ask me who is the one gonna open for me .. )

2nd day of CNY - went to visit fren's house .. which is from house to house, all the way to Klang and all the up to Desa Park.

3rd Day of CNY - went to some place in Semenyih for good food and 1st "lou sang" til now.

Trip to India - Banglore Safari

So, like what I promised in the previous posts, I shall post the few pictures I only have for the Banglore Safari.

One of the highlight of the city tour. The entrance fees is ok, and at least you do get to see some wild life animals in the safari itself. The main attention should bet the white tigers they have.

Banglore, the city that I really makes me wonder are we the only 2 Chinese tourist around. In the Banglore Safari, we again become the only 2 odd colors/race from them, and despite that, we do get a special privilege. We get to sit at the most front and the best view seat. And for the pictures, thanks to the co-driver and driver who helped me snap :)

But the down part, due to my memory card prob, this is the only few I able to survived .. :(

So, what is in the park - Bears, Tigers, Lions, Some deer, some unknown species .. Hippopotamus and etc etc .. I cant really recall anyway :P

But do not expect a smooth ride in the safari, is extremely bumpy ..

But overall .. I think the Banglore safari is really a good place to go :)

Trip To India - Part 2

Times in India, we do not just go around where we stay, but yet we do travel to Mysore and Ooty, and of coz we did join the local Banglore City tour. You know, when comes to the term "Local" city tour is really local. Why is it so? Because we are the only 2 chinese, the only 2 person having the totally not dark compare to them. Well, due to our fren Xi have to attend her class, so we go on city tour by ourselves.

The experience is really unique, having we are really definitely obvious not local, and listening when the tour guide speaks in extreme heavy hindu/tamil slang. That most of the time we can't actually understand what he is trying to speak .. esp with the monotone style ..

But the good part - there is some really friendly ppl that do helping us as well, then in the end we found out, they from US and in India with the uncles to visit. And another good part - they definitely know when we are not in the bus .. (Is quite hard to miss out the only 2 fair skin passenger .. )

Ever since this blog has been started, I guess this few weeks or rather months, this blog really start turning into some photo blog. Never had the intention of doing it, but I guess it happens just like that. Times, I do wanna update my blog, but I really duno what else can I really type in. Most of the time I do not have the mood to start typing pure wordings, so what I did is .. Instead of leaving a short sentence, I added in some pictures as well.

Things going up and down lately just if u wondering how am I doing. I hate to admit this, but is quite alot of downs. There is something or things happen which I choose not to mention at all.

My facebook. Some will be start wondering whats with all the Chinese posted. Is just a way I find it is much easier to express myself thru words. Maybe because I was raised with Chinese. And typing it out or express words out in Chinese is definitely much easier for me, and much more comfortable.

Ever since I back from India, ever since I get a hold of some songs that DK (Refer to my India pic, I do mention bout him before) has in is iPod. I start going into Metal, and after that been to Karaoke with quite alot of times, and having friends tat is around me influence me bout Chinese song, I guessing, after 1 whole decade I finally start listening back to Chinese song. Please do not be surprise that I do listen to Chinese songs, I'm not a banana btw. Just hardly listen til very recently.

2010 has gone, and now is 2011. Another year, and is the 7th year of this blog since it has been started. Was stranded aside due to lazy-ness and without much update within 2009 .. or 2010. But I guessing this blog is back as good. Probably looking fwd to chance my blog skin that I start using since 2005? that is quite an old skin.

Will stop at here by now :)

Lomography

I guess I'm kinda into Lomography at this moment. The pictures I posted much earlier ago bout Genting, the color is not screw up btw. This is what is recognized as Lomography, the hue and the green and the red is much out than the normal type, which create a effect tat is vintage look.

Trip to India

Months ago, I told everyone

"Hey! Im going to Banglore, India for holiday"

From the response from ppl, mostly I got

"what ?! India ? what so nice bout India ???? "

Yeah, I understand, for all the places that alot of ppl dream of going, I actually choose to travel to India. Simply one reason -- Brand new experience.

You know, there is one point, that we love to travel around the world, but the places we choose, often to be Paris, UK, Scotland, Europe, US, Australia and so on.

But India .. ? I guess I kinda become the stand out among my friends

Honestly, I know nothing bout India like everyone else. I do have a wrong impression and do prepare myself for the worst before I even stepped into India.

The good thing is, we get to stay at fren's place which save heck lotsa fee. Accommodation, FYI, in India it ain't cheap. Trust me never checked in any hotel that is below 4 stars. Why said so? Coz I experienced a super cheap and God-knows-how-many-star hotel. And trust me, is ... scary.

But hey, India, wasn't tat bad at all. Fren do have a good place to stay wif hot water supply and a comfy "bed" for my side. Food is awesome, chocolate is awesome. The people there some are really really friendly and awesome.

Being the only 2-3 with very fair skin, compares to them, we do become center of attention for all the places we go.

We do have random groups of ppl wanna take picture wif us. Just as memory. Chinese in Banglore - not common.

There is one point - at the Planetarium. A bunch of 10-16 years old kids was with us in the Planetarium. A total of 250 seats, and we are the only 2 with odd colors. We, immediately become like a super star, kids infront of u turn around look at you wif lotsa questions in their eyes.
The result of it - we been surround by them, ALL of them wanna make friends wif us, shake ours hands, they just being so adorable and so so friendly which I really have to say. a bunch of kids which is around 30 - 40 over of them. Sorry, but I only able to remember the guy's name whom took the 1st step to talked to us - Tajmur.

The experience of India will stop here. I might cont the rest of the happening stuff around. Here is some pictures.

We visited temples and church. A brand new experience walking barefoot into the Indian temple. And learn their culture.

ISTD examination 2010

So finally, after a year of learning Salsa dance. I actually able to take the ISTD exam, just like what I have planned since the time I started to learn the dance.

I was the photographer for tat night, so dun expect to see my face appear in lotsa photos.

After not so many times of practice, I guessing .. I was quite ok with my result.

Cameron Highland + Ipoh

During June 2010. We having some holiday, and decided not to just waste it but going for a makan or rather road trip. Off from PJ and up to Ipoh at 6 or 7 in the morning, can't really recall the actual time. Drove up with 1 car to Ipoh for dim sum and after walk around and lunch at Ipoh, then we proceed to our destination - Cameron Highland.

When talk bout Cameron Highland, how can we forget the famous Smoke House? There is where we spend our evening for a tea and scones ..

Scones! The famous of the smoke house, how can we not try that? And also is our most expensive meal as well. 5 scones + 2 pot of tea + 1 pot of hot choc = RM84. Not even our dinner which is steamboat is expensive than this. But hey, at least the taste is great!

Broga Hill again - 28 Dec 2009

After the 1st Broga Hill attempt, that we caught into wrong path. We just can't believe that is so hard for us to go up to the peak without much rest. Not to mention at a point that we can't really move on anymore. So to prove that we are actually fit for it. We went for the 2nd time. Much more prepared, and add on some ppl as well. The 1st time we went is only a car, but this time we went with 2 cars.

No nit to mention all the details. Overall .. we did manage to get to the peak easily this time. But there is more visitors compare to our 1st attempt to Broga Hill (Which we are the only group).

Yes, weather is much hot and the sun is "toasting" us even is not even 9am.

Yet, there is still no sunrise for us again. This is the best we could get.

With the help of tripod, I manage to get this dawn shot. The white lines are actually the path where there is ppl traveling up with torch light (Yea, that shows how long the shutter has been opened)

I guess is time to get a lil extra update, a massive update on what happen thru out this few months, when I actually left my blog not update.

This blog is definitely not dead/abandoned.

Here is some updates or rather massive update.

I've start dancing, taking some dancing class since somewhere around Oct 2009. I was taking up HipHop and Salsa, but somehow my knee condition does not allow me to cont in my HipHop, so I have to say bye to my fav dance.

But that aint bad news, Im now doing Salsa. Note: I do Salsa, I'm not Salsa. I do not want anyone come and ask me "Are u Salsa??". I probably gonna warn the fellow dun ever think bout killing me and dip those Nachos in me. I do Salsa, and I'm not a Salsa.

舞出人生。。

不知我打从几岁开始就开始爱上跳舞，如果没错的应该是17岁以后的事情。之前的我完全对舞蹈没有任何的知识，更不用说会爱上，会去注意。

跳了几年之后，缠着我多年的膝盖伤渐渐的越来越明显，受伤的几率也相对的提高。

在某一天的早上，被某人狠狠地踢了一脚后，我在接下来的3天里完全的无法行走。那时的打击还蛮大的，用了几天，苦心的排练的舞蹈竟然就那样的泡汤。。

在接下来的几年里，我几乎都放弃了跳舞 - 一样我后期开始有兴趣的事。。

去年，偶然的机会下，我参加了跳舞班。也就是我们所谓的 - Dance Studio.

尝试摆脱阴影参加了2种舞 - 喜哈舞和 Salsa.

前者是我喜欢的, 后者是 .. 感觉是一种全新的舞, 一种我从来不曾看过, 不曾跳过, 不曾去认识的.

几个月后的今天 - 我放弃了喜哈舞, 原因很简单 - 膝盖无法承受.

至于 Salsa 呢?

让我从拾信心，让我发觉我还是可以跳舞，我还是可以找到乐趣.

听过塞翁失马，焉知非福吗？

虽然, 我无法再继续喜哈, 但我还可以跳 Salsa, 而在这一个机会, 我还认识很多很多的朋友

在早些时候，读了一篇朋友放在网上的。。网记。一整篇都是华语，感觉上，文法用的很好，读的时候很通顺。。完全不像我的。。东一块，西一块。。有的时候，自己也不知道我所想要表达的究竟是什么。。

以我自己本身来说，总觉得如果用书写的方式来表达自己想说的是什么，远比当

我用电脑来慢慢的一个一个打出来的好。可能是因为不习惯吧，感觉上我打华文字的速度还真的可以说是 -- 龟速！
不过回想一下，自从中五毕业了后，我并没有很多的机会来用华语来写作或写信。很多的时候，在msn也都是用英文来交谈，email 就更歪说了。

毕业了之后，我接触华文的机会并没有任何的减少，在家我们也用华文来沟通。。只不过朋友之间沟通的语文通常是英文。我也并没有喜欢听任和的华语歌，有的时候我有一些的朋友还真的以为我是香蕉人。。但，当他们发现我不只会说，还会读和写，他们反而吓了一跳。。郁闷。。我真的那么像一位不会华文的人吗？

中四，中五 - 是我这一人生中写的最多信的日子。到今天为此，所有朋友回复的信还在我书桌的抽屉里躺着。。就是那么的一大捆，没事就把那一堆的信拿出来。。慢慢的读，慢慢的回味。。在那一刻。。我有如坐在时光机里，来一趟的回忆的旅程。。

那时的我并没有所谓的笔友，我的信是寄给我同班的一位女生，在那时，他也是我暗恋的对象。。不过，我并没有像他表白。。

那时的我是属于相当疯狂。。放着电话不用，跑去学人写信。。不过，等信的感觉还真的很不错，每天回到家，我的手就往信箱里挖。当有一封是他回复的信，那时的喜悦还真的很难形容出来。。

写信。。写信。。写的就是一些事，不是任何的情信。
写信。。写信。。现在我想叫我拿起笔来写信。。不知我需要多久才把一封信写完。。

Broga Hill - 2 Nov 2009

** Warning : lotsa picture ahead **

For the past few weeks, all of sudd, like there is a trend. I start seeing "Broga Hills" picture and hearing ppl talking bout it .. So out of curiosity start Google it, and start amire at the wonderful scenary that everyone been there tat taken those pic. Wondering - got so nice or not wor .. and somehow the name - Broga Hill does not sounds like a moutain that is somewhere in M'sia .. if u compare to Gunung Tahan, Mount Kinabalu, Bukit Cahaya, Bukit Kiara those names .. Broga Hills do stand out. But yean, IT IS in Malaysia and is not that far from Selangor.

So .. after 2 weeks of planning and trying to get ppl to go .. and .. Oh! did I mention we went on Monday? Yeah .. we went on Monday, nope, no typo. IS MONDAY. The only time I got my rest day :) Met up in Cheras at 4.30am like dat, and off we go!

Reason go off so early is only 1 ---- Sunrise!

According to all those info from other ppl's blog, we do noe that Broga Hill is after Nottingham Trent U, and further down .. and the entrace is opposite of a Rabbit farm, which is on our right hand side. Here is a lil tips for those plan to go .. dun trust so much on ur GPS navigator ... The entrace of Broga Hill is exactly right opposite of the Rabbit farm that is suppose on ur right hand side.

We stopped by at the 1st time, and really have doubts in our head, wondering "are u sure?" what we saw tat time was - Pitch black, basically at 5am in the morning u see nothing but pitch black forest like. Even we point our torch light we still barely see a thing .. so we travel further down, trusting the GPS and realise it leads us to Broga Town .. so turn back and stopped at the road side (Which u actually can stop at the entrance). Get our bags and torch light ready and off we go.

5 of us, walking with our torch light in the palm oil farm .. follow the track .. Our experience is more diff that what we been reading. Simply because ppl normally come on weekends which is quite alot of ppl. But for us .. we are the one and only group that time. Without able to follow anyone, we just have to trust ourselves. At that time the only light source is from our very own torch light and we see no sign board no nothing .. So we just walked and walked ..

We came to our 1st diversion in the palm oil farm and we took the left .. later on we come to another diversion .. and we looking at the diversion, the one on left is easier path, the one on right looks like quite hard and lead u to nowhere .. and based on the stuff we read that the trekking is rated as "Easy" so we just cont take the left diversion (which later found out the right path is the actual path) .. and walk and walk .. around 30 min later when we come to another diversion and realise we are lost .. back track to the very 1st diversion. Which we took the left to easy path, instead of the right that looks leads us nowhere.

After wasting 30 over min at the wrong road or we called it the warm up session .. we kinda used up alot of energy .. and finding a lil hard to climbing up .. there is quite a number of 45 degree steps and there is some place that we have to hold on the rope ..

But anyway .. we missed the sunrise .. but we do make it to the top. There is 3 peaks all together. The only way to go to the highest peak is go thru the first 2 peaks. Is just one and another along the road.

The view up there is beautiful! and very windy .. :) Here is some of the pictures. Enjoy :)

But before that .. Here is some tips if u plan to go.

Things to bring :
1. Torch light (if u plan to see sunrise, torchlight is a must)
2. Towel
3. Water (around 1.5l the best)
4. Walking stick (quite useful, tho we never use any of it)
5. Camera
6. Tripod (if u have and want to take a group pic)
7. A good and comfy shoe.

Trekking up to Broga Hills tips :
1. Sunrise on the day we went is around 6.30am
2. There should be ONLY 2 diversions - 1st diverson - when u in palm oil farm, take the left. 2nd diversion - after palm oil farm u see a diversion which the path on ur right clearly leads u uphill.
3. Watch ur steps .. is quite unevent ground and sometimes there is water pile or even holes.
4. Alwiz help one and another
5. Have fun :)

October 30 - Primary School classmate gath - Sense Cafe, IOI mall.

After nearly a month we had another gathering again, but this time we got more ppl, and some of them I din meet them after Std 6. So that make it 13 years of lost contact. But tonite, we did come together and have fun. This time we set at IOI mall again, not RedBox (Tho after tat they did went, which I was already back home .. ) but in Sense Cafe.

Lantern fun - Oct 9 2009

A week later after the Mid-autumn festival, finally able to get to play lantern with the CG members :)

Yes, some ppl wondering why after the festival and y we so "old" d still wanna play .. well .. basically I forget :P and missed the actual day, and even I did, I still believe is the family time. And regarding the issue "we so 'old' still wanna play" .. Dun be surprise when I told the rest of the frens and they actually wanted to join in as well. :) Sometimes we still like to play those stuff we used to play during our childhood times.

The CG cont went on, just that we try to end a lil early and we proceed to the field at SS2 and get our moocakes and jelly and lanterns all ready.

Is been awhile since my last proper update in this blog. So here is one ..

On the Tuesday morning, I got a message in Facebook from AnnieKok, asking me whether I able to join them in celebrating AlyssaCheam's bday in IOI mall. Starts at 8pm. But I got dance class at 9pm. But somehow, I guess after so long I never show myself .. is good to at least start turning up and catch up with most of them. Esp those I never met since standard 6 .. which is 13 years ago.

Never been to IOI mall for sooo long, that I can't even recall when actually the last time I was there .. I din even realise there is a new wing, result is - I parked my car at the old wing, which the RedBox is right at another end ..

So here is my 1st time in RedBox .. Well .. I din sing, but just catch up with the rest of them, laughing around and listening to how good they really can sing.

Yeap, yeap, it has been such a long time since my last update.

So here I gonna give a lil update.

Recently I've watched a movie, actually it was only like yesterday (Friday 10/7/09). I went to movie with my pet sis, to the show Public Enemies. Actually because of the time that we arrived at Pyramid, we dun really have much choice (looking at the time she need to be home later) . Tat time we are considering 2 shows - Ice Age 3 or Public Enemies. Too many ppl are watching Transformers 2, so that show we din really consider it.

We stick with the show for Public Enemies 8.45pm tix and the time we bought it was ... lets see . 8.38 ?? We decide to take our dinner after the show. The show was 2 hours and 30 min long . around there. Quite a good show. No spoiler here, but I will strongly suggest that at least wiki bout this person name John Dilinger. Coz in that show, they din really actually introduce who is who ..
So i guess is much better that u actually got abit of knowledge bout those ppl in the show before u actually go watch it. Is based on true story anyway.

Thats's all for now .. realise some key on my dad's lappie seems to have some prob, mulfunction ?? And I feel some strong wind now, assume is gonna rain maybe midnite ?

I posted this few days ago in Facebook .. So ppl do ask what happen to that .. and even some read the msg between Azoe(Azahir) and me, ppl will wonder more what makes us never go back there anymore.

Here is the story ..

Years ago, during our college day, can't recall how come we got the idea that, lets go to Modesto which located in Mont Kiara to had our lunch, quite a number of us went together during our lunch break ..

We drove there, got ourselves a long table .. so that able to fit at least 8 of us, which could be more, the number of the ppl was there .. cant recall anymore.

We ordered a few pizza .. and then only we realise how expensive is the price is, and for college student like ours .. is really something that can burn a big hole in our pocket.

The food came, we ate the food, food was nice .. but .... there is a problem. Is not filling at all! But coz of the price, we decide not to order anymore .. and we get the bill so that we can just go off and back to our college.

The bill came .. and here is the embarrassing part. Nope is not that we cant pay, we did pay the bill. Just that .. the bill was paid which a stack of RM1, and RM5 and some RM10 notes .. and syilings .. yeah all of those .. I dun even recall there is any RM50 around, or even RM100 .. the small lil tray was like full with notes and coins .. X.X ppl around us were like .. giving us a weird look, and yeah, even the waiter ..

We just ... get out of the place as fast as we can .. and I believe none of us that remember that incident will dare to go back that place anymore ..

A Letter to someone ..

Not sure will you be reading or not sure how often that you will be dropped by my blog. But .. Just a letter to you. Hopefully you able to read this, and hope the way I put this is not that hard for you to understand.

Is nice to know you, tho I did not yet get chance to meet u up in real life. Knowing you for at least a year or near a year I would say, still remember the time how I approach to you.

I must thank you that you actually willing to share with me those problems that you've gone thru. I can't really recall how many of it, but I guess that is not the important part at all. Is quite sad that look at you how sad times you can be, every time try to pick up yourself, but seems to fall down again. But I salute that you always have the encourage to stand up again.

At this times, you have gone thru alot of tough challenges I would say, exams, relationships .. but I dunno why, I always see you as one person that can be cheerful when you are with some of your friends. But I guess is when at night, you really need someone to be there to listen to you. =) I won't mind sharing my ears and maybe my shoulder for u to cry or to hold .. sorta hold and cry ..

I hope that language barrier won't stop our friendship .. I really hope it won't. Sides, thanks alot on all those lessons =)

Just like the phoenix, that you like, just like the phoenix definition that I passed you that day, you are really like the phoenix, you are always the unique and amazing person that I know =)

For once I actually thought of do a proper update on my blog .. and of coz look at my wish list .. hmm .... Time for some changes.

1. Finally got my PS2, Yeap .. I know is very old now, but since PS3 is more like insane if I get it. .So after thought of 4-5 years .. I finally decide to buy PS2.

2. Think carefully .. Nikkor 18-200 is a good traveling lense, but the lense creak and the slow F5.6 at the back is not wonderful at all ... So I decide to take it off the list.

3. Really thought of getting a 80-200mm F2.8 ED. But the price of the 1st hand is like ..4k plus. And the 2nd hand so far I can get is 3.8k. WTH ! That is 2nd hand lense. But the Push and pull version . I got a good price (I guess is a good price ) at 1.7k .. Any tripod collar wif that push and pull version ? I dun think so .. bleh ..

4. Still looking to buy a basketball shoe and a windbreaker .. Still thinking to get a Ford Focus model, those I can spray paint and build myself type. But ... how come I dun see any around !?

This is wat I've been doing for the past few days Chinese New Year holiday :)

Go around and take some pic, and this time on the 5th day of CNY, my parents brought me all the way to Jenjarom - FGS Dong Zen temple.

Hold ur horses before questioning what am I doing there and looking at the fact that I'm a Christian.

There is alwiz one question - Taking pictures, holding camera in ur hands, and when u alwiz heard how beautiful is that place at nite or scene and bla bla .. and I really cant resist it , taking up the challenge, and bring my tripod along wif me ..

taking pictures is getting hard at that place, looking at scenaries around .but having at least 2000 over ppl there walking around .. and standing right infront of u blocking every shots .. when day time is quite ok .. at least i can move away or so .. or wait. But when come to nite, set up my tripod and my camera there, definitely using slow shutter .. and there goes some one BOOOM !! Stand right infront of u .. screwing pics .. or accidently kicked on the tripod ..

cant do anything .. apart from saying .. "EXCUESE ME ????" or .. just give a blank stare at them ..

华人的礼仪廉耻何在

最近报纸和各媒体都大幅度的报导一位他们称为华社”元老“的事件。
少不了一堆我称为“自称”华社的团体声援这位，他们所谓的“元老”，谴责那些报导事实的媒体。只因为这位”元老“ 对他们来说为华社贡献很大。

为老不尊！也就难怪有那么多的败类。

犯了错还要帮那为”元老“ 掩盖罪刑。

所谓的 ”华社“ 所谓的 ”元老“ 贡献对华社何其大。

可耻！

在非礼丑闻的事件上，我认为那为”元老“利用了社会人士对他的尊重来行使“色魔”之手，滥用了其为华教“仗义执言”的嘴巴去“强吻”女记者。当然，我不否认他确为华教的奋斗史上付出了血汗，也不能扼杀其对华教的贡献。但是，我们总不能因为一个人的贡献而抵过了其所犯下的错误，况且这是有违道德的错误，更严重破坏了社会人士对华教斗士的印象，更是华教一直强调的礼仪廉耻的一大耻辱。

在某为部长与这为”元老“的两个案例上，社会人士对这两者的看法不一。今天，翻开报章，有者认为”元老”虽有道德瑕疵，但贡献不可被扼杀；有者更认为这是华社的损失，觉得可惜云云的。但在近一年前，犯了道德伦理的某为部长顿时成为华社不能原谅的领袖，甚至责骂他背妻偷吃，更责骂他还有面子利用妻子来减轻自己的罪名。但是，今天的陆庭谕不也一样地该受到如此的评价吗？社会人士应该用当时对待某为部长的道德标准去衡量今天的陆庭谕，而非左惋惜右感谢他的贡献。

ps : 如果受害者是这些人的母亲或姐妹或妻子，他们不知是否还会声援“元老” ？

Movie Review - Bolt

Post 510 .. Nowadays I really dun give any proper update .. so here it is, some movie review, which I never done it quite a long time.

All this review are from my point of view, dun take it too serious. Is all bout wat I think off after I watched the show.

Bolt. Disney animation come out another movie after Wall-E which coporate with Pixar studio.

Is a story based on a dog .. The movie still up in cinema, so I will leak too much information. As u all can see, the poster got a dog with a hamster that is in the ball. So how wrong can it be ?

The point is, not a bad show. But .. for me .... I guess I just too familiar with the previous movie that from Pixar and Disney - Toy Story 1, Toy Story 2.

Somehow, I non stop start linking Bolt with Buzz (Buzz Lightyear) , and for Mittens .. I guess I have to link it with the cowgirl in Toy Story 2.

Spoiler ahead ...

Toy Story 2 . Woody met with this cowgirl which was abandoned and thrown away by her owner, she was heartbreak and dun believe in any loyal owner anymore. In the ending of the Toy Story 2, Woody brought them back (The cowgirl, the horse) and all of them become Andy's toy.

Bolt. Bolt ran away by accident, bump into Mittens the cat, which claim that she was a house pet, but she sorta .. Runaway ? or was left aside by her owner. In the end of Bolt. Rhino the hamster, Bolt and Mittens are become pet for the owner ..

Is that a coincidence or wat !? How come the ending the same and the story line are so closed to each other ? And watch the movie Bolt and watch Toy Story 1, and start think the common thing bout Bolt and Buzz ..

The ironic thing is .. half a year ago if not mistaken, there is fire in Hollywood. In the movie, towards the end, there is a scene that the Hollywood studio caught fire .. Coincidence ?

Conclusion .. a not bad movie, but .. is Disney run out of idea ? I got no idea ..

A Day trip In Genting

A day trip to Genting, actually not really a day trip, more like a half day trip in Genting. Oh well, is been quite some time since I go to Genting, the previous time is when I still in college, it was the assignment title, so we went to Genting to do some documentary.

So this time, taking the chance having break, a few of us went up to Genting. Separate into 3 cars, convoy all the way up there. And .. guess wat happen up there ? The KL peeps actually bring the spirit of the KL up there. HORRIBLE TRAFFIC JAM !!

We parked our car, not even near Ria Apartment , have to walk all the way up the hill to the Highland resort that side. And the most yucky thing is, along the entire stretch of the road, cars that broke down due to overheat is everywhere, imagine this

Burning rubber smell + Smoke

Up in Genting, is more like a refuge camp .. hundreds of ppl sitting on floor with their luggages, wherever u go, there is definitely pack with ppl, and needless to say find a spot for a bunch of us sit down and eat.

But oh well .. overall, wasnt that bad, despite at the weather that we can actually still able to enjoy it, quite cooling but not that chilling cold.

Suppose take more pic tho .. but guess wat ? I make a terrible mistake, a fully charge batt is left in the house .. having 1 batt left 1 bar .. and stil manage to take some pic, pretty amazing huh ?

Phew !! hahhaa Is really been a long time since my last give a really update in here. Okie, like what I haf actually mention in my previous cacated post, I was actually busy updating on another blog .. So now, is time to give a lil update.

The another blog : RLC Official Youth Blog !! I sped most of my time searching around the net for a better skin and start modifying it .. How was it ? Still searching.

Been looking around the net .. looking for a good interesting script to put inside .. but guess wat ? Stupid blogger just dun accept those, unless I dun use their templates. Blah .. way to go blogger.

A bunch of frens is wat everyone actually need to have. Is been such a long time, that I really dun haf a bunch of frens to used to hang out with together. Ever since what happen in year 2001 .. Which I believe truly change my life in a way .. Learn some of things during that season.

I really cant remember when is the time I actually start joining this bunch of frens, which I hang out with. Go around during holiday, even travel up to Ipoh, which is when I joined this year, celebrate birthday(s), mamak and such.

If not mistaken, it was SuLee's (aka Seok Lee) farewell at somewhere around Jln Ipoh, the steamboat porridge, is when I really join the group. Duno much ppl that time tho.

The feeling of lost of someone that you know .. is really shitty feeling, Im kinda outta words, I guessing so far that is the best word best for me to tell how really I felt this few days.

Is been truely a quite rough/bumpy weeek(s) for me so far. Is like .. within such a short period of time, there is so many things happen at the same time, is way before u are able to react anything .. then u struck by something else .. in the end .. u kinda numb bout everything .. then only the after shock effect comes in ..

I really hate, that when I said .. I cried on someone's funeral .. and what I got back is ..

"there is nothing to cry .. he/she is back to heaven .. "

and I really hate to repeat .. and just cant someone realise that .. there is nothing to cry bout someone's death ? But what I crying was only 1 thing -- Lost of a best fren/fren .. Is there anything to do with religion ? Honestly .. I dun think so. Yeah, tho can meet the person back in heaven .. but how long will that be ??

So .. yesterday, stepped into the house, I saw a package lying on the table .. Without my mom say anything I response that is for me ! Tho there is no name on the box .. (Shakes head @ peiwen .. tsk tsk tsk .. ) But I guessing apart from Im the one in the family waitin a package from Aussie, no one else do so.

Dial a long distance call, just to tell that I finally receive the package, after 2 weeks ? Oh btw, is scan thru before .. x-x they thought is explosive stuff eh ? And guess what .. the postman actually threw this package in !!! Thank God for the bubble wrapper ..

Open up the box .. the CD is still good in codition, apart from . no more plastic wrapping ? or is suppose to be like this. No idea .. haha ..

So the good news is .. I GOT IT ! ARrive just in time when we finally can confirm the lyrics for Calvary, and ready for new songs to be intro by Flee .

Some update 01

Haha .. k k, some proper update 1st. After never update for some time .. and just post up something crappy.

Basically .. life is nothing much so far, just getting bz and bz .. yeah, Easter and Good Friday is just few days away from now. Apart from that, fren's bday is queing up d .. that means gonna .. nope not burn a hole in pocket, but gonna have more chance to bless ppl here and there.

After modified the blog skin abit, coz I realise lots of links are not working, and even some pictures that lost the link location. So just try to add in some pic, take out some .. change few links .. andd more few links. Just try to repair this skin. Not yet get a good skin that I looking for, so I just stick wif this at the moment.

Just til then, the newspapers and the media still can get over the excitement after the election 2 weeks ago. Just in case u got no idea wats happening. Basically, for 1st time in Malaysia history, BN suffered a great defeat. Greatest in history. Not just got denied for the 2/3 seats. But even lost few states, which include Penang, Selangor ..

Finally .. I would say, this time the Malaysians had finally woke up from their sleep after 50 years. Those votes that drops in the box, truly express how we feel against the goverment. Not to talk bout those APs, The great flood in Johor. The corruption, and even the "bocor" issue. And the most recent issue "he looks like me, he sounds like me .. ". Just like what I said all the time. When those stuff, getting more bigger, more stuff got dig out, then everything wil be quiet down. Coz those names are getting involved to those big guns that hide inside the parliament, palace or so.

A major politic tsunami, this word been publish on few of the newspaper the day after the election. Opposition truly shows that BN are just too comfort wif what they get for pass few elections. A major shock, blow to them by then.

A chance for opposition to show what can they do. A chance for BN to start do what they suppose to do. If they fail, the next election, the more youth, young generation gonna rise up, gonna register themselves and gonna vote opposition. 4-5 years. But sad, they actualy only got 2-3 years to show what they can do. We shall see .. so far so good I would say.

Aiming for a more better goverment, country. 2008 election - Malaysians woke up at last.

Walking At the Marble Arch

I never post anything bout the trip I been to London. So here is the randon one.

One fine morning, took a bus from Maida Vale down to Marble Arch to take the Evan's Tour bus go around the London famous sight seeing. Get down from Marble Arch and take the underground tunnel to walk to another side of it.

While walking and I realise this funny CCTV which points at nowhere .. At 1st, I duno bout that. Never realise there is a CCTV monitoring the place. So I saw this few ppl taking picture at the wall .. wif some wordings on it. I was wondering what is this ppl doing .. taking the picture of the wall. There is no graffiti or so ..

I took a few step that side, and I saw this CCTV pointing at the blank wall .. with the wordings - "What Are You Looking At" I found it, is kinda funny .. So what I did was .. took out a camera and snap it.

Walked to antoher side .. and my dad actually realise forget to take the tix .. and the tix is in the room .. So I have to run all the way back antoher side, get the bus and go back Maida Vale .. All this while I thoguht after I saw the Florence Court .. then should be arrive, so I got down there .. and .. Im actually 3 more stops away ..

Is just tat .. u noe sometimes when ur frens haf prob, and u tend to be a good listener. So u pay attention to what they say .. and after sometime, before u knowing it .. U actually in the midst of their prob d ..

Is more like what happening now, shit happens, lets just say shits happens. Things got screwed up and things doesnt go what as plan .. what as u think of. When stuff happen, there is much more after dominoes effect as well. So what happen is .. supposely partially my fault .. and actually I can get my hands outta it. But I guess to jump back in again and again , over and over ..

Duno how many times my tears dropped coz of this kinda stuff happen, duno how many times I promise not to jump into any pile of mud .. but guess what .. before I realise .. I already inside it.

During the 2nd day of CNY, together wif bunch of frens drove 2 cars up to Ipoh. Was excited bout it .. and almost cant sleep a night before that. But I stil haf to force myself to sleep, if not I more likely put all my passenger life in danger.

Is my 1st time actually spend time wif frens during CNY, and is my 1st time drove out of Selangor and even kinda 1st time go out wif fren out from Selangor .. just for fun. After like so long .. finally I get to touch the basketball again ..

After church, met up wif the gang, went to Chris place for basketball, thank God for the good weather, rain just stopped after that, so we all can really play around .. I wasnt really in mood due to what happen earlier ago .. So I really just go all out, sorta all out but not that aggresive yet .. but I guess im still agreesive to them .. Snatched ball from Alicia .. really sorry for that. Tho I score a 3 point after so loooong . I mean really really long. But it feeels good .. so I let it just scream it out. OooooooooooooooooWaaaaaaah !!!!

Aggresive playing sure u haf to pay wif few scratches and injured knee .. not a new thing to me.

Went to William's place for swimming, I mean the rest, not me .. I was sitting around sleeping .. haha I was really tired after the game and coz woke up so freaky early .. Take a shower in William's house and we head to Kuchai Lama for yummy bat kut teh .. 11 of us 21 bowl of rice ? lol .. that is pretty scary. The meal was good .. really good.

Times, I do enjoy going out like that, running around the court , let the sweat drop on the floor .. jump for rebound .. taking 3 point shots and doing all the marking .. I feel good.

31 December 2007 - For the 1st time I actually join frens for count down. Well, not really a count down afterall, is more like a BBQ gathering among few frens .. and watch the fireworks from fren's house.

After picking up Pohly, meet up wif William and Kelie at Pyramid, we went for the very last min shoppin for extra stuff that we need for the nite. After shop for everything, reach Vell's place at around 9. William they all already there and set up the fire.

Everyone is having fun, me - having most of my fun time infront of the pit - BBQ all the chickens and try to make them nicely done wif good color and texture. I dun really know how does it taste like tho, U got to ask the rest of them.

There is quite a number of ppl that I know of goin to UK .. hmm .. So since I've been there, kinda, mostly stay in London. But heeeey ! I guess this is my 1st time actually posting some pics from UK, after back so long .. was really busy tho.

So here is a lil thing that I wanna share among my frens, well, sorry all this food that I took is not in Malaysia, but in UK. Here is what happen.

I do haf a distance relatives stays in London and he drives some sort of cab, not a London Cabbie, but a diff type, more like sending ppl to airport or so. So .. he contacted us, and decide to bring us out around in London and get some really nice food. So here is my personal favourite. My comment was - " For once I actually forgotten I'm in London " The food is heavenly !! I dun usual post bout food as u all frequent readers know bout that. But this is really special case.

The shop is operated by a Singaporean, the shop has been established there since 1984, yeah a pretty long history shop. The shop name is Singapore Garden. But hey, there is 2. This one I talking bout is Swiss Cottage Restaurant, not the one located at Chiswick - also same Singapore Garden, but that for take away only.

Erm, today during lunch time, a parent called me and telling me bout some stuff .. and asking me keep my eye and kinda take care of the children .. I agreed on that issue.

Is kinda sweet that how much the parents know bout their children tho. So to those peeps that often travel in my car ! I really dun mind, and yet I will actually alot appreciate that if your parents actually asking who is fetching u and pls dun hesitate to give my number to them k ! is alwiz to be safe in that way. So they know where u all when go out wif me .. and at least they got extra person to call if they cant reach u !

Good example - few years ago, LiEn and TianAn. And u might wanna consider EstherLiew as another diff case, which the dad called me to pick them up. LOL .. parents do trust me.

In this few days time, U can say Im pretty lifeless .. or so. But hey ! I actually feel so pissed on someone's post bout someone and I actually decide to flame that someone that I dun even know.

Lifeless eh ? Up to u to judge in my situation. When u realise someone post bad stuff bout ur best fren .. and start mocking them down.

What u goin to do ? Keep quiet ? Flame back ? or laugh ur heads off .. I actually will prefer laugh my heads off .. but .. y do I choose to flame ? I simply not in good mood as well .. and yeah =D Just .. for fun.

SS2 CG Potbless 2007

So .. on Friday which is 30/11/2007, the SS2 CG actually had the potbless. This time Im guessing we had few new ppl actually join us for that nite, and hey ! Uncle Patrick actually dropped by wif a bucket of KFC, which added to the main course.

This is my .. 2nd or 3rd year attending the CG .. and the number of new ppl join in our CG still growing ! Well, not as fast as last year tho .. but this year we having Linda joined us as well .

So for the nite, We had lots of dishes ... Im guessing quite alot. Food is really delicious, almost tried everything, from pizza to fried rice .. sowee Chrstine, cant try ur cooking again ..

When we wanted Weng to say grace .. it was funny to us, but ouch to siew mai XD

I haf to admit that this time I seriously duno what show I watched last nite, I mean I do know wats the story bout, but heeey . .. I duno the title of the show.

Just a quick post, coz Im actually down wif flu .. I just need more rest I guess.

The show is starring by Dustin Hoffman and Natalie Portman I suppose =P I told u, I wasnt really awake yesterday was just attract by the show.

The show is bout some magical toy shop, and the original person in charge/founder actually know he is going to passed away after living for like 243 years (?!) and he decided to pass the whole shop all to Natalie portman, in the show, her name was .... nvm cant remember the long names. Is pretty touching, and really is wort lots of thinking after watching, but for my case, I start thinking during the show. Tho is funny sometimes, but I guess I din really larf at all, even Olivia thought I was asleep. Like what happen to me when watching Exodus .. wait is it exodus ? I cant remember, but I do fell asleep til Jerm knocked me up.

Watching the show, sometimes, u really like what the movie said. Is really that u need to appreciate what you have, and believe on your own ability, no matter what you are doing. Like a block of wood, seems useless, but who noes is a magical block of wood that all u need to do is imagination and .. more like break thru from the block of wood itself. Dun really get stuck in the square wood.

Another thing is .. according to the show, in forget what book of shakespear, he actually just say "he died" to tell what happen to the character, no metaphore or so .. u dun need to use bombastic words to describe that, he died means he died, is just simple as that. Some ppl just haf to really care so much bout someone's death. I know is hard to accept the truth that a person that u are close that actually leave this world. But what else can you do other than crying ? Y not just live life to the fullest ? And .. really just appreciate your daily life. There is so many things around you that u really can take a look at it, probably u might wanna just stop walking so fast and take a look around you ?

There is this part in the show, the lil boy named Eric if not mistaken, using paper and pen and try to be friend with the accountant of the toy shop .. they called him as mutant, but his name in the show is Henry. Is just like there is barrier or communication .. is pretty touching when the "convo" goes .. tho there is a glass in between of them. The lil boy wanna play checkers wif Henry, but Henry just replied "Love checkers when I was a kid", "Im working now" and "I never stop working .. " and the lil boy goes "oh .. =(" Sounds sarcastic or sad ? I think that is for us to judge by then.

Just some thoughts of mine .. a lil thing to add, Natalie portman in that show .. actually reminds me of Julia Andrews .. lol when she in Sound of Music that time ! I din mean Natalie Portman is tat old ! lol .

New outlook ?

So .. just a lil update, I actually went for a hair cut .. and for my 1st time I spend 45 bux just for a hair cut .. ok ok. Also include washed as well. So is a really good experience sitting in there .. when they start give some massage... which I really think is ticklish =P

The feeling is quite scary when u actually let the whoever who cuts ur hair handle the decision what they gonna give, and my brain is like non stop flashing the word "Bad hair day"
So .. after fin everything .. I put on my glassses .. and ..... .. .. . quite shock , but .. yeah. So I text Linda, who actually walked around while waiting .. and I just test "OH NO !!" XD. The fact is .. not that bad I guess, is short .. and .. I think I tried this style before .. so .. =)

Well .. done a lil shopping, bought a pants. 1s time I actually buy myself some clothing .. hahaha. Okie, admit I din do it all by myself, and Im not the one actually realy go look around.. is just that someone do it for me, look for some and ask me to try on.

So .. that is basically how I spend my day .. =) some comics .. enjoy

1st time Tennis experience

After so many years, I finally get my hand on a tennis racquet, all this while tennis, is something that I actually not very familiar with, cept wathching it over the television set, or even reading some comic bout playing tennis, or even hooked on the com game (which is wat happen now .. )

Thanks alot PeiWen for taking all the trouble come to my house and pick me up early in the morning, and really really sorry that I mixed up the time .. and =P not to mention .. woke up after u called. Step into the tennis court, nothing is new to me, stepped in before last time, just for fun .. but is really my 1st time holding a racquet, and realise there is diff type of tennis racquet that is available. Okie .. u cant blame me for that ok, in badminton the only diff is maybe the grip of the string and thats all, in badminton they do haf another type of racquet, but is not allowed to use in competition and no point buying it as well. So looking at the diff type of tennis racquet .. really new to me. Not to mention bout the racquet, even the there is diff type of tennis ball, do u just call them as tennis ball or they haf a better name ? Oh well, fact is .. today coz is my very 1st time actually going to hit a tennis ball, so is a soft ball .. are they all soft ball ?? lol ..

Start with some basic bout how u hold a racquet .. how u swing it .. and so on .. having hard time to adjust myself from badminton - using wrist strength, to tennis - using whole arm to swing. Well ... I non stop letting the ball goes flying over the entire court ,and having hard time to keep the ball down. Is mainly because, I keep on swing it halfway .. and leaving the racquet points up and wide open, bleeeeeergh ! Not to mention having 3 balls fly outside the fence . ... paiseh !!!!!

After an hour plus of playing ... get to tried how u serve at the right way ... got the strength there I guess .. but =/ the ball landed on my side before bounce over. . so yeah .. failed. and still ... I cant really control where the ball goes .. and again, flying balls over the entire court til the fence there .. and my backhand just cant get to whack any ball yet .. lol

Not bad experience !! Should try more next time .. and haf to remind me to really swing it. Thanks alot for teaching me PeiWen !

Badminton - French Open

Yesterday nite, was the French Open final for all categories. Malaysia double and Single are in the finals and definitely I will be sitting front of Tv and start watching it ..

I really thought is gonna be a good game, looking at the former champion and the veteran team of our Malaysia team .. I remember they play each other few times, nothing is new to them I suppose.

But what actually was - a lousy game play, not from our boys .. but from the former champion China team ! I mean what kinda of match was that ? Admit they do play a lil better but heck ! Calling stop for like endless time everytime ppl actually served the ball ?? Oh come on ! dun start telling me "That is the trick", "That is the strategy " and bla bla and so on .. those ok ! Cant they haf a lil thing call "Sportsmanship" ???

truly ! if u do watch last nite match, even the fans arent happy bout it ! They just booo them instead .. even ref .. Come on ! He do deserve a card warning since earlier when he does that ! If is wasnt those lousy act from the China team, our boys do haf a chance to win. I really thought China is a strong team, but I guess .. no more from now. They play shit ! they do shit stuff just to win ! There no more thing call fair play or even Sportsmanship in them !

Absolutely disgusting ! Tho they won the double .. but ya noe wat .. They dun deserve it as well !!

I recently added the Christmas tree thingy in my facebook account .. so I actually changed the song that they played at there, they actually let us decide what song we want .. that is pretty kewl.

So .. what I did was, I choose the gingerbread man christmas tree =P kinda cute and I might can eat them whenver I hungry .. haahhaha .. and I choose the rock version of Joy To The World .. I just played the song, supprisingly .. Not bad ya noe !

Body checkup

Just a quick and short wan ..

Today .. I finally went to the body check up, is my very 1s time body check up .. and Im kinda nervous, yet a nite before .. I actually chomp down a number of cheese cake .. wonder will it show a high cholestrol in the report .. and the another thing .. I hate needles !!!

So .. after few hours of waiting . I got back my report .. Finally know my blood group .. and oh yeah ! the needle wasnt that pain .. guess the nurse did a good job on that. I kinda lack of sodium .. wonder how can that be .. and Im weight quite normal, but on the low side. Bout cholestrol .. I actually too low .. so doc say .. is good that I take abit more cheese or milk ..

Im a cheese lover .. so .. WOoooooooooooooooooooooooooOOOOOOTT !!!!!!!!!!!!

Okieeee.. kena complain so post something to explain y is this blog is not update for almost a month ..

Nope, this blog is not closing, at least not that I know of. Nope, definitely me not having any exam which occupied me til I got no time to blog .. and nope not of one the writter's block that make me din update.

For those u all din noe ..

I was away to London for 9 days at the beginning of the October, and come back and I was busy with stuff, Monday fren's 21st bday, Wednesday Bible class, Friday CG .. then following week got ppl's wedding, and Wednesday got celebration nite and so on .. so yeah =P basically those totally occupied my time to really sit down and browse thru all the pics I take and organize them nicely.

So .. yea.. please forgive for long time no update, once I get some time .. I definitely will do a post spreeeee ..

Free Hug - 2nd Round

Second round, most of the ppl that I actually sms'ed .. and sorry if you guys din met us in The Curve. We was there, but after a while we started wif some good response. The guard came to them - those ppl who doing the free hug .. I was upstair taking from far. After long while of talking .. they cant do it anymore due to they need permission, the guard asked them go the office and apply .. but what we found out - office close. So sorry for Lydia who turned up .. and bare wif the brigh hot sun, but nothing really happened.

Keep everything .. a found out something horror -- My tripod SPOILED ! On my very 1st day of using it .. is still under warranty and goin to KLCC and make noise.

Move on to Bangsar, not bad .. and something kinda interesting -- met some weird ppl. Tho I not around that time, so I wont be posting bout it. Nothing much compare to the 1st time .. so .. not much pics taken. Wil be posted it up but dunoo when. At the mean time . .enjoy the pics that from the 1st free hugs

Well .. after that day .. I realise I do need a tripod .. coz I actually dun haf any .. and I need a new camera bag, the curent bag was kinda spoiled .. urgh. So after long thinking . and finally make my decision on which to get. So .. I throw in quite a number of cash for a kinda good quality tripod .. and a Crumpler Brazillion camera bag.

Free Hugs ! - Story on my side

After I post bout this Free Hugs thingy as the 3rd party .. So, since I was there .. I do haf some stories .. hehe. But anyway, for some reason I'm the only one who din give out any free hugs or so. All the time I was taking pictures and pictures. That is what my purpose on that day. I knew it kinda last min tho. Went there wif PeiWen and of coz wif my camera and lenses. I realise .. if they wanna do this kinda free hug, is kinda nice if I take from far range. That is using my 70-300 lense. Shaz, Peiwen, JayYan holding their own camera standing near them .. and I go somewhere far and try to fully utilize my 70-300mm lense. But after a while .. I realise is no good. My hand gets tired .. and my lense is just a G lense no VR. No Tripod .. after few shots .. I decide to move down and change to my 18-70mm lense. Take from close range.

Ppl are kinda aware on me taking pictures .. and some thought we were from a newspaper and afraid their pics shown on newspaper or Tv .. sometimes we do haf to explain. So while taking pics and there is this Indian dude that start talking to us and wonder what are we doing .. Is not a bad talk tho .. explain our motive, telling them we are not related to any organization or so ..
But times that . ppl thought there is a campaign . and we are like the 1st day . and there is few more days coming at the same place ..same time kinda thing. Apparently this ppl never heard before free hugs stuff. Walking around wif my camera .. snap as many pic as I can, snap those kodak moment as fast as I can .. for me .. is not that relax .. but is kinda tired as well .. Rain start pouring down, so we thought of call it a day .. while we moving towards another spot to get Aaron an Shaz, we happen to stop near TGIF and cont this kinda thing .. til the guard asked us to move back where we were just now. Im guessing we blocking da traffic flow at the side. Rain stopped while we moved back .. so we cont the Free Hugs. While the response getting better and better .. we realise we haf to call it a day anyway .. due to ppl's attention focus on the celcom stuff there. But everyone was tired .. so =)

Well .. after reading from what Lydia, Angie, Geri's comment .. Im guessing is kinda success .. and good news. There is gonna be 2nd time.

Free Hugs ?

Sunday, 23 September 2007. 4 p.m.

There is bunch of young ppl, around 5-6 of them appear at The Street of The Curve holding manila card and wif the word "Free Hugs" on it.

Ppl walking pass .. and just give that kind of "what are u all are doing" kinda face expression. Some even whisper in a loud voice "desperate ... " .. and of coz, some ask what organization .. and some just support by -- Hugging !!

Why are this young ppl standing there .. and giving out free hugs ?? Are they desperate ? The answer will be definitely - NO ! You wont be supprise that how many ppl are actually walking there, looks happy but yet inside of them is real sad .. or just moody. Giving a hug to them .. u might just cheer them up just by that simple way. This ppl actually doing it not for profit, not for any benefit. But willingly, just to spread the love around. We the Asian country, is not as open as the foreign country wherelse hugging is kinda common.
In Malaysia, ppl still think that .. guys hug guys = gay .. gals hug gal is ok wan. Guys hug gals = unless is ur gf, if not u just taking advantage of them .. But there is frenship hug and so on.

Not just because of what normally ppl think. But the prob is .. even tho is a free thing .. but yet, the response wasnt that awesome at all. Ppl just come and ask "Y free hug ?? " U can give out free gift .. and ppl just queue up and ask for more. But when giving out free hugs .. ppl just think that there is motive behind .. or there is some newspaper thingy .. if not there will be some candid camera doing some prank stuff .. and show on Tv .. Tons of explanation .. and tons of ppl asking us.

Salute and high respect to those tat took part in it !! Standing there for few hours, under the not so heavy rain, expose themself wif all sort of weird and negative comments, which I believe din hurt them at all. Taking the risk of facing all sort of ppl. Seriously, u wont know what kind of motive when some weird ppl come and hug u.

What am I was doing ?? Im not giving out any free hugs .. just if u wonder. I just taking pictures and pictures and pictures. =) More stuff come out .. wait til I sort out what to post bout "Free hugs". At the mean time . enjoy all the pics !! and ... im not in any of the pic =P

Random Thought again

Browse thru the net .. and spotted some group that I joined under invitations had become private .. for some reason, the founder was found accused and decide to left that group .. It reminds me bout .. how things screwed up when u just getting hand on it. I had it before .. quite some times back, was quite active and mix myself around wif the peeps in the lobby (that is u noe what kind of term Im talking bout). Poking ppl or biting ppl which I normally used to do, from a newbie til someone can stand at the top 10 ranking which makes me feels great .. everytime when u logged in, ppl wil just greet you .. makes u feel so much at home. Tho .. never get to meet them before .. they were just over in another places. Well .. one day .. someone just screwed me up .. and I just decide to quit that group after like .. 2 -3 years ? hmm ..

Wasnt really in moood is some of the reason, wont tell you unless you are someone that I duno of. Thaat is kinda of weird answer I gonna say. I wont tell anyone .. perhaps .. I just keep it to myself. Feeels kinda sad .. Feels kinda left out .. Actually .. is feels very very left out .. Lost track since when I do haf this kinda feeling. Was mixing quite well .. but .. I guess when times come .. things just wont last long. Suppose be a happy time .. but it never be anymore. Doing it .. more like a routine to me .. and I feel kinda reluctant of doing it anymore.

Woke up in the morning, take the newspaper and start reading it .. then I came across this lil news at the side, bout a former WRC driver was killed in the plane crush .. Due to is a chinese newpaper, so the name is kinda translation, try to pronounce it .. and it just goes "Colin McRae " . I was shocked ..

"The former rally driving champion Colin McRae was killed and his five year-old son feared dead in a helicopter crash yesterday afternoon. The aircraft came down in Jerviswood, Lanarkshire, half a mile from the family's home and burst into flames just after 4pm. ....... "

A great WRC driver who drove for Subaru, Ford, Citroen and Skoda. Sad wif this kinda ending ..

I just love to take pictures, tho Im not that good wif my DSLR, but I still learning my way thru.. I just enjoy to being behind the camera, infront of the camera is gonna freak me out.

I just hate to be in the picture, I just kinda scare to be in the picture as well.

There is time, not so long ago, Chris was asking me ppl's picture, need to compile it for some pressie .. I can actually give out everyone's pic, but when comes to me .. I just noe that I wont have any of my pic by myself alone ..

I will never enjoy looking at myself inside the picture ..

That is one of the reason, I love to be a photographer/videographer .
